Od lokalnego początku do partnera projektowego
DK Service zostało założone w 2010 roku w Elblągu z inicjatywy Daniela Komara. Firma rozwijała się wraz z rosnącym zapotrzebowaniem niemieckich przedsiębiorstw na doświadczone zespoły i sprawną organizację realizacji projektów.
Rozdział 1
Pomysł oparty na realnej potrzebie
Impulsem do założenia firmy była obserwacja rynku. Przedsiębiorstwa działające w Niemczech poszukiwały doświadczonych specjalistów i dobrze przygotowanych zespołów, natomiast wiele osób w Polsce dysponowało odpowiednimi kwalifikacjami i poszukiwało stabilnych projektów zagranicznych.
Od początku celem DK Service było połączenie tych potrzeb z właściwą organizacją. Firma koncentrowała się nie tylko na przygotowaniu zespołów, lecz również na organizacji wyjazdu, zakwaterowania, formalności oraz komunikacji niezbędnej do sprawnego rozpoczęcia prac.

DK Service wurde 2010 in Elbląg gegründet und geht auf die Initiative von Daniel Komar zurück. Das Unternehmen entwickelte sich mit der steigenden Nachfrage deutscher Betriebe nach erfahrenen Teams und einer effizienten Projektorganisation.

Eine Idee aus einem realen Bedarf
Der Impuls zur Unternehmensgründung entstand aus der Beobachtung des Marktes. Unternehmen in Deutschland suchten erfahrene Fachkräfte und gut vorbereitete Teams, während viele Menschen in Polen über die entsprechenden Qualifikationen verfügten und stabile Projekte im Ausland suchten.
Von Anfang an bestand das Ziel von DK Service darin, diese Bedürfnisse mit einer guten Organisation zu verbinden. Das Unternehmen konzentrierte sich nicht nur auf die Vorbereitung der Teams, sondern auch auf Reise, Unterkunft, Formalitäten und Kommunikation.

DK Service was founded in Elbląg in 2010 on the initiative of Daniel Komar. The company developed alongside growing demand from German businesses for experienced teams and efficient project organisation.
